Family,
Considering the uncertainty surrounding the pandemic, and the ever-changing landscape of the virus, we have collectively decided, that in the best interest of everyone, we are requiring all registrants to be:
A) Fully Covid vaccinated to attend this year’s Gathering.
OR
B) Bring proof of having a PCR test no more than 72 hours before arrival at the Gathering.
This is not in any way a judgment on anyone’s personal beliefs regarding the vaccine, but simply an effort to keep everyone safe, and more importantly, to keep the event going.
Written/email proof will be required at the time of the event, and room keys will not be given unless A or B can be furnished.
We hope this helps create a safe and structed atmosphere for everyone, and we look forward to seeing everyone in November!!
All rooms are booked through this site and payments are processed here as well. Pricing is as follows:
SINGLE ROOMS COST $270 PER PERSON
DOUBLE ROOMS COST $190 PER PERSON
There is a limited amount of rooms/tickets. At the time you are purchasing your ticket, and there are no more tickets left, please contact Stevie D to discuss your accomodations.
Please be aware that there is now a donation button if you would like to donate before the event!!
Scholorship Info:
There is a limited scholarship fund for this year’s Gathering.
The money will be used to cover the cost of the brother’s registration of $190.00 only.
Who they are will remain anonymous.
If you need a scholarship, please talk to your sponsor first and have your sponsor contact me (Steve D) @ 727.515.0889 or [email protected]
ALL SCHOLORSHIPS MUST BE APPROVED BY STEVE D. If you are approved, you will complete a registration on this site for the Scholorship ticket.
It will be on a first come/ first serve basis..
BECAUSE: I am not in position to decide if a brother qualifies for a scholarship, please make the decision at the local level and then contact me to earmark the funds. Just a reminder this is for brothers who NEED it, not WANT it.
Recommendations:
Please pass the word that we will all stay on site for meals/meetings (helps with a sense of community/camaraderie)
Note: All cell phones, computers, iPad, iPod etc. will be turned in on Fri night (except for emergency situations) no exceptions. If you can’t live without the electronics don’t come. Take a risk!
